Kimkins Bankruptcy Case Dismissed



The bankruptcy case has been dismissed. Hopefully this means the class action lawsuit can resume ASAP!

I guess the bad guy doesn't always win!

    SLAPP dismissed and now BK dismissed
    bet Kimmer is wishing she had given Jeanessa back her money.
