A gal at my old job is obese and has given herself a year and a half goal of losing because she's "realistic" and doing it the right way.<br />Diets, fads, gimmicks don't ever work. We live in a fast paced society that wants a quick fix but being obese didn't take a few days to get there so neither does losing the weight.<br />Even gaining takes time and can be dangerous if not done right.
