Yes it is! I'm hoping we get a press release or something that explains it further. I know it means there was sufficient evidence that the principles adequately represent the class of ALL of Heidi Diaz' customers.
A press release would be great. And to think, so many never thought it would get this far.
Hope this doesn't mean that Mr. Tiedt violated the Bankruptcy Automatic Stay.......
Fear not, Anonymous. He didn't ... The Judge is the one who made the decision to issue the order.
You really shouldn't underestimate Mr. Tiedt's ability to excel in his craft while remaining within the bounds of not only legal limits, but ethical ones as well. It really CAN be done.
