Yes it is! I'm hoping we get a press release or something that explains it further. I know it means there was sufficient evidence that the principles adequately represent the class of ALL of Heidi Diaz' customers.

Anonymous - Perhaps Kimkins lawyer (in this case Heidi Diaz herself as pro per) was responsible for informing the court about the bankruptcy at the hearing. I can't see that she had anything to lose by showing up to make sure. Obviously, she couldn't be bothered.

Fear not, Anonymous. He didn't ... The Judge is the one who made the decision to issue the order.

You really shouldn't underestimate Mr. Tiedt's ability to excel in his craft while remaining within the bounds of not only legal limits, but ethical ones as well. It really CAN be done.
